Police Guard FA Cup |
|

|
|
|
| With the West Yorkshire Police on
duty, it was highly unlikely that anyone would try to steal
the FA Cup when it paid a visit to Dewsbury's St John Fisher
Catholic High School for a football festival organised by
Mount Pleasant JFC. However, the police presence was
not to guard the cup but to play football !

Prospect v
Clifton |
|
| |
I would
like to put on record that it was a real pleasure to
officiate in the cup game Prospect & Clifton B
last week.
The game was very close and evenly contested
throughout but players from both teams behaved
impeccably with virtually every single decision I made
accepted without question.
The spectators and managers of both teams also played
their part with good vocal encouragement right until
the end.
Regards
Paul MacDonald (Referee) |
